RockRose Energy plc has announced it has signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement to acquire Speedwell Energy (1) Limited, the holder of 100% interest in the Cotton Gas Field in the UK Southern North Sea for an undisclosed consideration.
Gneiss Energy acted as Commercial Adviser to Speedwell on the deal.
